54ល្ងាចស្រស់ opened its doors on a quiet stretch of South Lamar with a simple conviction: that dining should feel like coming home to something you've never experienced before.
Our kitchen draws from the rhythms of the season — ingredients arrive when they're at their peak, and the menu shifts with them. There are no shortcuts in a room this small, and we wouldn't want them.
The name, in Khmer, carries the meaning of a fresh evening — that particular quality of light and air when the day softens and everything feels possible. That's the feeling we build into every plate.
